That's us!  Cute, eh?  Yeah, and we're disgustingly content with our lot!  

Our family motto is "between us we make one whole idiot."  It's hard to get mad at someone for doing something stupid when you know you're next!  We're also dreadful slobs and glad we found each other!  Nobody else could put up with us but us!

My dad has Alzheimer's.  He lives in a community nearby.  Bruce's step-mom had it too.  They looked after her at home until she died January.  It's a hell of a disease, I tell ya.  I wouldn't wish it on anyone.  Ever.

I used to spend a lot of time dreaming up my dream house but we moved to Florida so I'm getting pretty spoiled.  I spend most of my time outside, reading, puttering, and playing with my little cockatiel, the Pie monster, and keeping an eye on my old CATS!  I've a collection of original limericks for amusement and I used to write "real" poetry but just don't feel that angst anymore.  I've artified a circle of poems I wrote some time ago.  I think they came out nice.  I used to paint too but it's been a long time since I used a paintbrush as more than a hair-stick.  This place is so beautiful though, I will get creative again soon.

     

Bruce is a comic book maker.  He does 'em from start to finish.
I don't even like comic books but I gotta say his stuff is really great.
He's got three books in print and several stories on-line.  They're all full
colour, and all star Muggs Mulcher, the meanest, toughest,
ugliest man in the Multiverse.  I made a web for them too.
